The Slow Carb Diet has enabled people to find the answer to the question: how to lose weight fast, and most importantly, keep it off. That’s really the key: how to lose weight quickly is one thing, but for it to be a sustainable solution is what we’re after.

This video is a primer about the Slow Carb Diet which I learned about via Tim Ferriss (as featured in his book, The 4 Hour Body), and, my suggestions to you to consider before you try the slow carb diet.
It’s Thursday night right now (April 25th 2019), and I’ve committed to giving this a no-excuses, no deviations, 100% attempt for one full month starting on Sunday, April 28th, 2019. Time to lose weight. Or rather, more accurately, time to lose body fat, and see if the Slow Carb Diet is effective for me.
