After doing a fully documented and dedicated 30 days on the slow carb diet, I’ve decided to keep going because I’m really happy with the results so far.

This is also, the last video dedicated to the slow carb diet, at least in this series, so I figure, summarizing everything that I feel is most important into the top 10 tips for the slow carb diet just plain makes sense.
Undoubtedly, I’m a firm believer that the Slow Carb Diet is the best way for the average person to lose weight fast, lose body fat quickly, and best of all, make this way of eating a permanent change for sustained health.
