Welcome to my channel! I’m showing you three low carb snacks to satisfy your sweet tooth. They’re vegan, gluten free and diabetic friendly! They don’t spike blood sugar which makes them a part of a healthy lifestyle.

Recipe 1: Vanilla Chia Pudding
3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or other plant-based milk)
1 tbsp allulose liquid sweetener (or monkfruit sweetener, can sub agave or maple syrup if not low carb)
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp chia seeds
optional toppings: fresh berries, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, or vegan chocolate chips

Recipe 2: Peanut Butter Cookie Dough
1/2 peanut butter
1/2 cup allulose liquid sweetener (or monkfruit sweetener, can sub agave or maple syrup if not low carb)
3/4 cup coconut flour
1/3 cup non-dairy stevia sweetened dark chocolate chips

Recipe 3: Chocolate Mousse
1/2 cup allulose liquid sweetener (or monkfruit sweetener, can sub agave or maple syrup if not low carb)
1/4 cup coconut cream (the fluffy top of cooled coconut milk)
2/3 cup unsweetened dark cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
2 ripe avocados
