Steak Tacos ~ Low Carb ~ Keto

I always grill a extra steak to use in another recipe. This was our first time trying the cheese taco shells. We’ve been hooked ever since. Thought I’d clean out the pictures in my phone and make a few short clip videos. I love getting ideas from other YouTubers and would love to give a few ideas to those in a food rut. The tacos are just cheese shells, grated cheese, steak, avocado, and sour cream. I also squeezed some lime juice on them. The cheese chips are a huge hit here. We use them with tuna and chicken salad. Guacamole is my favorite, so far.

Cheese Shells Bake 350 for 10 minutes, longer if you want them crispy. Place on a rack to cool and hold their shape.

Cheese Chips Bake 350 for 15-18 minutes until crispy. Cool on a rack.
