My FAVE Nutrient Dense Keto Foods!

There are certain foods that give us SO much more bang for our keto buck. Including them in our keto lifestyle is so beneficial for:
– Energy
– Satiety
– Excellent health
– Improved weight loss
– Efficient elimination
– Many more reasons!
I’ll talk about some of my fave’s and how I use them.

Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar –
Bragg’s Nutritional Yeast –
Manitoba Hemp Hearts –
Chia Seeds –
Intentionally Bare Bone Broth Protein Powder – %2Caps%2C222&sr=8-5
Intentionally Bare MCT Oil Powder –

Chia/Hemp Pudding (Oatmeal):
3 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp hemp hearts
½ cup almond or other nut milk
*Mix all in a container with a lid. Let sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour, but the longer the better. I make mine up in the morning and have it for dessert after dinner. Fun additions: slivered almonds, swerve brown sugar, berries. Hot or cold this is SO good!
Bone Broth Protein Shake
2+ cups unsweetened almond milk or other nut milk
1 scoop Intentionally Bare Bone Broth Protein Powder
MCT Powder or MCT Oil if you need more fat or want to make this a meal replacement
*Personal choice: stevia/monk fruit or my fave, stevia flavor drops (French Vanilla, Caramel, etc…). Or you can add unsweetened cocoa and make it chocolate. A few berries for a low carb berry shake. The possibilities are endless!
