We made our favourite Veg Franky with the all new Lo! Low Carb Atta from the house of @lofoodsindia

Ingredients
Lo! Low Carb Atta – 200 grams
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Cooking oil – 1 teaspoon
Water – 50 ml
Cooking oil – 1 teaspoon
Chopped onion – 1 large
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
Chopped carrot – 100 grams
Chopped capsicum – 100 grams
Chopped cabbage – 100 grams
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Chat masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli sauce – 1 tablespoon
Cooking oil – 1/2 teaspoon
Tomato sauce
Chopped onion
Chaat masala
Preparation
In a mixing bowl add Lo! Low Carb Atta and cooking oil, and mix well. Add water and knead to a dough. Keep aside for 20 mins. In a kadhai add cooking oil. chopped onion and ginger garlic paste and sauté. Add chopped carrot, chopped capsicum and chopped cabbage. Mix well.
Add salt, chilli powder, chat masala, turmeric powder, garam masala, chilli sauce and mix well. Keep aside.
Roll out portions of the dough and flatten using a rolling pin. Pan fry till cooked on both sides using a touch of oil.
Place the roti on a piece of foil paper.
Spread tomato sauce over the open face of the roti. Add the vegetable stuffing, chopped onion and chat masala. Roll into a franky and seal with the foil paper.
