Generally, I plan meals and prep for our dinners only. As I intermittent fast, I don’t plan a specific breakfast or lunch but rather decide in the morning on what to bring with me to work. We always have staples on hand for breakfast type meals.
Meal plan for week of January 25-31, 2020:
This week we are excited to be trying out our TruLocal meat subscription box as part of our meal plan.
