hey guys welcome to my channel it's Iva Scelfo and i am a big fan of asian cuisine so in today's video i will share with you keto alternation of one of my favorite Asian dishes pork dumplings we will mix 14 ounces of ground pork half a cup of mushrooms chopped in my blender 1 tablespoon of freshly minced ginger quarter cup of spring onion 1 teaspoon of salt 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce of our coconut aminos have a teaspoon of pepper 10 ounces of shredded red cabbage I use my kitchen blender to shred it finely and lastly 2 teaspoons of sesame oil now you can transfer it into a blender or go and mash it up with a fork whatever fits you better keep blending until the batter is fully combined I'm not afraid to get dirty so I'm blending it with my bare hands that's enough we're gonna set it aside and sliced zucchinis I washed 5 zucchinis so you want to slice the zucchini so you get these nice slices so if my baking sheet which I sprinkle with some oil and now you want to wrap them up so you're gonna put the zucchini slices in the cross' take about 1 tablespoon of your filling place it in the middle and wrap it up first this way and then the opposite way and there is one dumpling ready to go on a pan and I'm gonna keep going until I have all zucchini used first trade can go right into the oven for 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes you guys have to try this out they're absolutely amazing I do have one tweak to this recipe and that is try to use this type of pan with the holes I got it at a dollar store the reason for it is the zucchinis are made 90% out of water so there will be some juice dripping out of it and if you use your regular pan they will be like getting soggy they will be swimming in own juice so just put your regular pan underneath it to catch the drippings and you're gonna have an amazing little crispy awesome Asian pork dumplings I hope this makes sense if you do have some question do not hesitate and ask me in the comments down below I hope you guys enjoy this video if you did please give it a big thumbs up and don't forget to subscribe and I'm gonna see you again in another video bye
