Low Carb Hamburger Buns – Keto Bread

Welcome all! Papa G here Today I present low carbohydrate bread specifically hamburger buns

That's right Now you can feel like a real human being and have your hamburger and eat the bun too Let's get started We'll start with some almond flour Add some ground flax seed for fiber; some salt; and a little baking soda

The next ingredients are optional You can be creative It's about what works for you Here I added a little Italian seasoning and just a little bit of rosemary We'll blend everything together with a whisk

all ingredient amounts, along with the macros, will be at the end of the video Our next step, we'll add to five eggs some non-caloric sweetener I use EZ Sweetz it's the same sweetener used in Splenda without all the fillers It also works great with cooking, as it doesn't break down with heat and I find it leaves no bad aftertaste as some of the other sweeteners may If you do use a different sweetener though, just make sure it equals to about six to eight teaspoons of sugar

We'll add some apple cider vinegar; some extra virgin olive oil; and we'll finish off with a bit of water Whisk everything together until it's well blended Now it's time we mix the wet ingredients into the dry Combine the mixture using a spatula until all the liquid is incorporated into the mix You'll notice this has more of a batter consistency than that of a dough, which is why the next component is the most important part of the recipe

The hamburger pan! I'll leave a link in the description below on where I found mine Make sure it's well greased and pour equal amounts of the batter into the molds After filling the pan you'll want to place the pan in the middle of a preheated 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until the tops are just beginning to brown When they're done, you'll have the finest, the best low carbohydrate bread you've ever made A nice crust on the outside with a soft texture on the inside, and it doesn't crumble when you cut it
