If you eat a Keto or low carb diet, you need a good arsenal of low carb bread recipes or keto bread recipes which you can lean on when that powerful bread craving kicks in. There are some great Low carb Bread recipes I have on my channel which make full loaves of wonderful low carb bread or keto bread.
But what is it that we all lack…TIME! So I have a wonderful Low Carb Microwave Bread recipe which you will love. As the name suggests, this flax seed bread is made entirely in the microwave using ground flax seeds and just a few other ingredients. Yes, Low Carb microwave bread is possible and it can be yummy too! This keto microwave bread also fits into the banting lifestyle and can defiinbtly be considered a banting bread or microwave banting bread. But best of all, this flax seed bread only take a few minutes to make from start to finish. Yes, you can be eating a piece of delicious low carb flax bread in just a few minutes!
But back to this Low Carb Flax Microwave Bread. I’ve always found lunches (and any meal for that matter) difficult without any bread that I can eat. This low carb recipe is an absolute life saver. This keto microwave bread cannot be any easier and only contains four ingredients to make (five if you include the pinch of salt!!). The keto mug bread is in the microwave for a mere 2 mintues!! The low carb mug bread comes out hot and is great to eat as is – soft, light, fluffy bread. My favourite, however, is to eat the low carb microwave bread as toast – simply pop it in the toaster until you get some wonderful light brown color on it.
The low carb bread is exceptionally versatile as goes brilliantly with both sweet and savoury toppings. Simply take the microwave bread out the mug or ramekin and put on your favourite topping.
