Today I show you easy dinner idea. This chicken recipe needs only 3 ingredients. Unlike my other recipes this one in not made from the scratch. I simply show you in this video how to make fast but still healthy meal. This is great for everybody but also can be great and adjusted for low carb and keto diet. If you want to make this no meat recipe than you can simply use firm tofu instead of chicken breast. For this meal I substituted rice with cauliflower rice. You can buy cauliflower rice in any store in the the department with frozen stuff. You can also buy fresh cauliflower head and grate it yourself. For my own convenience I have used jarred tikka masala sauce. The link to that sauce is HERE:

If you are interested in homemade tikka masala you will need those ingredients:
50 grams oil
2 tbsp mustard seeds
1 medium red onion
10 curry leaves
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
2 medium tomatoes,
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp ginger paste
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp garlic
1 cup yogurt or coconut milk
Chicken tikka masala is composed of chicken tikka, boneless chunks of chicken marinated in spices and yogurt that are roasted in an oven, served in a creamy curry sauce. A tomato and coriander sauce is common, but no recipe for chicken tikka masala is standard; a survey found that of 48 different recipes, the only common ingredient was chicken. The sauce usually includes tomatoes (frequently as purée), cream, coconut cream and a masala spice mix. The sauce and chicken pieces may be colored orange using foodstuffs such as turmeric, paprika, tomato purée or with food dye.
