Low Carb Creole Sauce – Simple and Easy never tasted so good

Welcome all! Papa G here Today I present my low carbohydrate Creole sauce

One of the issues I've had with a low carbohydrate diet is finding condiments that are low carbohydrate and great tasting I've made it my mission to develop as many great tasting, low carbohydrate sauces, dips and dressings as possible, for those of us enjoying low carbohydrate eating I challenge you to make this sauce and let me know if it's not one of the best sauces you've ever tasted Let's get started Begin with about a half a cup of mayonnaise in a medium mixing bowl and add some reduced sugar ketchup; some Worcestershire sauce; and now we'll flavor with some salt ground black pepper; garlic powder; just a touch of ground cayenne pepper; and a little cayenne pepper hot sauce Mix well with a whisk until thoroughly combined It's important to use the exact measurements of the ingredients to get the correct flavor profile we're looking for I'll have the ingredient amounts in the description below

Once the sauce is completely combined, place it in the refrigerator in a covered container for at least an hour, allowing all the flavors to come together This sauce is great with vegetables; your favorite seafood; as a condiment to a sandwich with my low carbohydrate bread; or use it as a dip for some grilled chicken bites It also goes well with my new recipe – fried guacamole Look for that video soon There you have it folks!
