Low Carb Cauliflower Rice with Ginger Teriyaki Chicken Wings

1 Cauliflower (cut up in small pieces via food proc.or vitamix)
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 c. frozen peas
1/2 c. coarsely grated carrot
1/2 thinly sliced green pepper.
1/3 cup slice scallions (including tops)
1/2 tsp. pepper
*add your fav.ginger sauce
toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Turn Foodi to Saute function and preheat. Saute meat choice in olive oil with onions. add two eggs and pepper in Foodi. Add cauliflower rice, frozen peas, grated carrot, green pepper and soy sauce to taste. Stir fry with wooden spoon or spatula until cooked through. Add sliced scallions and toasted sesame seeds as garnish.
