LOW CARB BOLOGNESE | Zucchini Pasta

Hi guys! Today I have a little bit of a different video for you um actually before I was a makeup artist I was a chef and I've been eating Keto, low carb for quite a while, so I thought you might be interested in a recipe or you know in a few recipes that I do a lot so you can cook them as well I have lost quite a lot of weight um about 25-30 kilos, I don't know how much that is in pounds I'll blend that in there and yeah, so I just filmed myself how I cook it, so maybe that is not your thing, let me know in the comments down below if you really absolutely do not wanna see stuff like that, but if you do you can let me know as well

So let's get started right away Start out with slicing white button mushrooms, around 2 cups or 150 grams Now take a medium white onion, you just need half of it um now you wanna chop it into small pieces, the easiest way is the way I'm doing here, just slice not all the way through, slice it across and then slice it again to get small cubes For the zucchini pasta, just take a vegetable peeler and basically peel the zucchini until you reach the seeds For four servings you'll need around 5 medium to large zucchinis

Now just place them in a sieve or in a colander, add some sea salt or some normal salt to it, mix it through and then let it sit for about 30 minutes This will drain all the bitterness from the zucchini and it'll just make the taste a lot better Now we can finally start cooking Start with one tablespoon of coconut oil, put the pan on medium to high heat and let that melt Now add the chopped onion and a quarter of a teaspoon of garlic powder and just coat that very well in the coconut oil and let it cook until it's starting to brown going translucent starting to brown, this will take around 5 minutes

Now add 1 teaspoon of oregano, half a teaspoon of thyme and two teaspoons of paprika and cook this until the spices are very fragrant, so until you can smell them very well Now you can go ahead and add the beef pork mix 500g or 11 pounds, just chop it up into little bits like I'm doing here and make sure it just gets thoroughly browned It should be looking something like this at the end Add the sliced mushrooms, just mix it around and make sure the mushrooms are distributed well

Now add half a can of chopped tomatoes, mix it around again so everything is very well distributed and now add about half a cup to a cup of water and mix this again very, very well and then you can add one beef stock cube, just crumble it up like I did here and mix it in and then you wanna let that simmer for about 15 minutes While you are simmering that you can steam the zucchini, so everything is nice and hot and done at the same time Now add 125 grams or 03 pounds of baby spinach, you can just layer it on, wait for it to cook down little if your pan is as small as mine and then you should have something really nice like this Now you can plate it and just ladle on that sauce, this makes about four servings, I'll put the nutritional data in the description below
