These crispy and gluten-free oven baked halloumi fries make the perfect low-carb party snack, especially when combined with our sugar-free homemade marinara sauce!

Ingredients (makes 4 servings, appetizers):

1 pack halloumi cheese (250 g/ 8.8 oz)
⅓ cup coconut flour (40 g/ 1.4 oz)
1 tsp paprika or zatar
¼ tsp sea salt
1 large egg, whisked
1 – 2 tbsp virgin coconut oil, ghee or butter for greasing
