Korean Bibimbap | Ketogenic | LCHF |Low Carb

In this recipe I am making a keto Bibimbap. Traditionally it is a Korean dish put together nby throwing in all leftover meats and vegetables. On a ketogenic diet you can’t do that especially when there are loads of veggies. Here I have precisely measured everything and kept it under 11 gm carbs. Enjoy !

Ingredients:
Korean Hot Pepper Paste (Gochujang), 1 tsp
Toasted Sesame Seed Oil, 1 Tbsp
Dark Soya Sauce 1 tsp
Sesame seeds, whole, roasted and toasted, 1 tsp
Coconut Oil – 0.5 tbsp
Spinach – Raw, 0.5 cup
Zucchini, 0.5 Cup (Sliced)
Chicken – Minced, 100 g
Mushrooms, oyster, raw, 1/3 cup
Egg – Egg, 2 large
Pinch of Salt

NO GOCHUJANG SAUCE
½ or 1 Dry Chili Soaked
¾ tsp Ketchup
1 tsp Dark Soya Sauce
½ tsp Fish Sauce
2 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
½ tsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
Pinch of Salt
