Best cheesecake ever – with morello cherries You´ll need: 1 cup ground hazelnuts, 3 tablespoons white sugar, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon baking powder and 1 tablespoon soft butter 1½ cups crème fraîche, 2 tablespoons vanilla sugar or 2 teaspoons vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons whip it (stabilizer for whipping cream)

1 jar pitted morello cherries in syrup and 1 tablespoon cake glaze (red) or cornstarch ground hazelnuts white sugar baking powder eggs soft butter Bake for 15 minutes at 175°C/ 350°F (preheated) Crème fraîche vanilla sugar or vanilla extract whip it (stabilizer) morello cherries cake glaze or cornstarch boil while stirring refrigerate until glaze is firm See recipe below Thank you for watching Please subscribe, share, like and comment!
