1) Paneer(Indian Cheese) (पनीर) – 200g
2) Capsicum(Green, Red & Yellow Peppers) (शिमला मिर्च) – 200 grams
3) Onion (प्याज़) – 30 grams
4) Salt (नमक स्वादानुसार) – as per taste
5) Olive Oil (ओलिव आयल ) – 1/2 tbsp
6) Greek Yogurt – 120 grams
7) Coriander powder – 1/2 tbsp
8) Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
9) Red chili powder – 1/2 tbsp
10) Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tbsp

1) Cutting – Cut Peppers, Paneer, and Onion as shown in the video.
2) Marination –
a) Take a big bowl and add Greek Yogurt, Red chili powder, Turmeric powder, Coriander Powder, Salt, Ginger Garlic paste. Mix well.
b) Now mix peppers, paneer, and onion and marinate for an hour in the refrigerator
3) Making Keto Paneer Tikka –
a) Skewer peppers, onion, and paneer alternately on skewers
b) Heat-up the pan and grease with olive oil
c) Place paneer tikka skewers on the pan and let it cook till the base side of the paneer is golden or slightly charred
d) Turn the skewers and let it cook from remaining sides
4) Serve hot with onion rings
