Generally, I plan meals and prep for our dinners only. As I intermittent fast, I don’t plan a specific breakfast or lunch but rather decide in the morning on what to bring with me to work. We always have staples on hand for breakfast type meals.
Meal plan for week of February 08-14, 2020:
This week we am continuing to use the meal we received in our TruLocal meat subscription box. Our box will come every 6 weeks and the items we received this time are changeable and we will likely try different items for our next delivery! Recipe to come on Saturday!!

1) Saturday – Tuna Salad
2) Sunday and Monday – Beef Stew with Almond flour Cheddar Biscuits
3) Tuesday – Roasted Trout and Broccoli

5) Friday – Ribeye steak with Mashed Rutabaga and Broccoli (Valentine’s Day Dinner!)
