When you are restarting the keto diet you may experience symptoms of detox. This is commonly called the keto flu or the low carb flu. For me it lasts for 10 days each time and although it is not fun I now know ways to combat the keto flu so it is not as intense. Don’t give up. A few days of discomfort will only make you stronger and get you closer to your goals!!
