have lost 140 pounds in the last 21 months using a keto diet or a keto lifestyle. Keto has transformed my life in so many ways. I like to document or show what I eat for my keto transformation. This video is what I eat in a day keto for huge weight loss. Its a full day of eating keto. . I am at the point in my weight loss journey when I am upping my protein and lowering my fats to build lean muscle mass. Here is a video documenting what I eat in a day on the keto diet. I show all of my meals and snacks. It’s a full day of eating Keto showing how I have lost a bunch of weight only using a ketogenic lifestyle. I’m a busy Mom and have successfully (finally) lost weight this way. If I can do it, you can too!!! I have started exercising more to build muscle. I started back to work last night and I talk about that in this video. I started working and am continuing keto.
