Healthy Low Carb Snacks On The Go (Keto Friendly Snacks)

Everyone always asks ”what low carb healthy snacks can I have?”. If you are bored of bacon, eggs, ham and cheese or what something healthier..this video is a must watch. I decided to do a video on 10 snacks the I recommend and their health benefits. I do not like telling someone to do something without saying why.

You want to keep your blood sugar levels down throughout the day and the best way to do this is not to have high sugar foods. If you do not want to cut carbs out, I understand but having low carb snacks will surely help. It will help you avoid those energy crashes!

I also try to keep my snacks as clean as possible, making sure I get in all my micro-nutrients. Healthy snacking is difficult so I wanted to lay out 10 healthy snacks you can get more or less anywhere.

Chia seed Pudding:
30g of chia seeds
200ml of almond or coconut milk (unsweetened)
20g cacao powder
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
Pinch of salt
8 drops of liquid Stevia or 1.5 tsp of Stevia crystals

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and leave in fridge overnight. You could also add in some strawberries, nut butter, protein powder. This all depends on your calorie requirements, so play around with it.

Tinned Sardines (make sure they are in olive oil) –
Dark chocolate –
Grass Fed beef jerky –
