My top tips for staying healthy are eating high carb low fat vegan whole foods plant based diet with as little to no salt or oil. Eating fruit is so good because it tastes so good without any processing. Potatoes on parchment paper is a good and easy one. Rice with various vegetables and beans is another favorite. Use condiments like ketchup or soy sauce to make foods have more flavor but use them sparingly as they can contain a lot of salt. Check out my instagram account for more recipe ideas.
