Greek Balsamic keto Chicken Dinner! Easy and low Carb!

Hi all our keto people!
 This easy Greek Keto Balsamic Chicken Thigh recipe is easy and delicious! And since chicken thighs are the darlings of anyone in the keto lifestyle we wanted to get this easy dinner recipe out to you!
  It literally  takes 10 minutes to throw everything into the pot if you need it quick and the sliced sliced lemon in the recipe leaves this with a very unique and fresh taste and combined with the feta cheese, it is an absolute MUST to try.
 I'm sure this is a recipe you'll want to write down on a recipe card to keep in your keto or low card meal rotation since with 5 portions it has an impressive carb count of 4! The best part about this recipe though is that it is a tasty recipe for those family members and friends that are not doing the keto lifestyle.

 Greek Balsamic Chicken Thighs
 1-11/2 lbs chicken thighs (around 8)

2 white onions, quartered

1/4 c balsamic vinegar

2 T red wine vinegar
 1 T Pyure (or sweetener of choice)
 1 c chicken bone broth
 1 lemon, cut into moons
 1 c olives (any kind)

10 cherry tomatoes

 toppers:

1/2 c feta cheese

1/4 fresh parsley

 Sear the thighs in olive or coconut oil for 1-2 minutes on each side to brown and transfer to soup pot or slow cooker. Simply add all other ingredients except the feta and olive toppers and if using your soup pot cook for 1-1 1/2 hours, and then let sit for about 30 before serving. This in an excellent time to add the feta and parsley. If using a slow cooker, cook on slow for 6 hours.
