Hhey if you're looking for easy healthy recipes to cook or how to make food that is low carb or low calorie I was there with you and that's why I'm here with change kitchen with me i'm always looking for diabetic recipes that are fun and easy to cook and today I have something that is low calorie and delicious with shrimp now with this recipe it does take a little bit of time for marinating because i'm going to show you how to go through that marinade process and let it sit in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes but hey when you need that shrimp in your life check this out I'm telling you this recipe is who you know it's okay but anyway starting off the ingredients you're going to need one and a half tablespoons of olive oil 2 garlic cloves minced 1 medium limit zest and juiced one-quarter teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes to add a little kick to the taste but if it's too much you're cool without it you know me I like a little spikes in my life also you need a half teaspoon of salt that's optional you know if you're worried about your low sodium you also need a half teaspoon of ground black pepper and 1 pound of peel devein wrong medium shrimp to prepare the marinade what you want to do is in a medium bowl whisk together the olive oil garlic lemon zest lemon juice crushed red pepper flakes and saw like i said if you want from their poor in your clean devein shrimp to the mixture and toss the shrimp to get it all over once you get your shrimp all coated basically cover it up and place it in your refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes to let that tastes it now what you can do is let it sit longer if you want those chooses to get all up in that struck me the next portion is optional based on where you live you see meeting people I know live in apartments so they can't grill outside so you can use an electric grill like i'm using here with my george foreman or if you're outside hot sunny day in the summer you can grill these that always up either way what i'm doing is i'm spraying some nonstick spray on my George Foreman grill because today we're going to do it inside on the foreman grill I put that on there so of course my strip don't stick and let them cook for about three to four minutes on each side it really doesn't take long for the shrimp to get going also what I do as a side dish is I'll have a little garlic flavored spinach sautéed in a skillet and you are all set with a healthy meal well i hope you enjoyed that recipe right here on change kitchen while I try to bring you diabetic recipes low calorie recipes little sodium recipes that are really cool and of course keep you nice and fit because with me I had so many health issues I had to change my life that's because my kitchen was getting to me all the sugar all the sweets so what I always in my show up with this change your kitchen before your kitchen changes you I'll see you next time – –
