Now, I work with a lot of people who are on low carb diets, and I myself follow a low carb diet Some people think that you can't safely or reasonably drink some alcohol, and that's really not true In fact, sometimes a glass of wine or of your favorite drink is a, is a great way to relax It helps your neurochemistry, and helps you sleep better at night too So, I don't promote a lot, but a little bit is okay

And some good choices are a red wine, and I generally recommend organic wines, so a nice organic red wine would be a great choice A glass of white wine is perfectly fine Especially something that's less sweet, like a Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc If you want to have a cocktail that's okay too; however, try to stay away from those kind of really fruity and sweet drinks like those Midori Sours, or those certain Martinis One other trick that I just wanted to mention to you is to think about having a glass of sparkling water with just a touch of lime or real cranberry juice
