LOW-CARBOHYDRATE HIGH-PROTEIN INDIAN-KETOGENIC RECIPE FOR WEIGHT LOSS
The best part is kids love this very much.
1) Broccoli – 1 cup
2) Paneer – 1/2 cup
3) Almond Flour – 1/4 cup
4) Olive Oil (optional)
5) Salt per taste
1) Firstly wash the broccoli and let it dry for some time.
2) Finely chop broccoli.
3) Grate paneer.
4) Take a bowl and put broccoli, paneer, almond flour and salt into it and mix well.
5) Make small balls out of this mix and place them on a plate.
6) Heat up the frying pan and grease it with olive oil(optional)
7) Press these balls with the help of your palm and place these over the pan.
8) Let them cook for sometime and flip so it will be cooked from another side as well.
9) Let them cook until they are golden brown in color.
