Atkins Diet Recipes: Low Carb Honey Mustard Sauce (IF)

In partnership with FaveDiets, honey mustard sauce is a great sauce to be put on salads or to entrees, like chicken dishes. The optional molasses component will add some stickiness to the sauce and help it stick to the food. If you are looking for a good essentially 0g salad dressing, this is that recipe. Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup mustard (yellow or dijon)
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Dash onion powder
Dash garlic powder
2 tbsp Splenda (or liquid equivalent to taste)
1 tsp molasses, blackstrap (optional)
Makes 20 servings.

Nutrition Info per serving (1 tbsp):
82 Calories, 8.8g Fat, 0.6g Total Carbs (0.1g Fiber), 0.3g Protein
