►FOR ALMOND LOAF CAKE
**** Mold Bread Pan size : 8″ x 4″ (20 x 10 cm)
****Micromatic MRO-18 Electric Rotisserie Oven 19L (White)

INGREDIENTS
250ml All Purpose Cream (or use heavy whipping cream or coconut milk)
3 med eggs
2 cups (200g) Almond Flour
¼ cup (4TBSP) granulated monk fruit or any sweetener of choice
1 ½ teaspoons (6g) baking powder
½ teaspoon (2g) himalayan salt or use sea salt
2 teaspoon (8mL) lemon juice ( or use lemon extract/vanilla extract)
Sprinkle with powdered sweetener of choice ( optional)

*** Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 30-45 mins or until top and edges are golden brown

NOTE:
***If you will use 240 ml (1 cup) of heavy whipping cream or coconut milk, use 3 LARGE eggs
*** My oven is only 19L and baking time is only 30 mins, bake around 30- 45-55 mins if you have larger oven capacity.
